“These guys are amazing! Terry and his team are fast and efficient. I called for a quote for a tune up and the price was affordable! And I was surprised on how fast they finished. Usually a tune-up (well at least from my past experience) took at least a day or two, but with these guys it took them only five hours to finish! They're superb!
Terry also showed me the new parts that they installed and gave the original parts. Very trustworthy! Thank you guys! I really appreciate it.”

“Terry and his staff is competent, honest, and trustworthy. I was given accurate estimates, sound advice, and a superb job on the car (though it was a regularly scheduled maintenance). It was a fine experience, way different than dealership services.Terry even applied my yelp deal without waiting on me to pull it up on my phone. As soon as I stepped in, he said - 'I see you purchased the yelp deal, and it has been applied it to the final bill'. Though they close at 5.00pm, Terry was courteous enough to wait for me till 5.20pm. Indeed a pleasure with the way I was treated.”

“Being new to the Bay area, I looked around on Yelp and found High Street Automotive. At first I was a little skeptical because there were a lot of positive reviews and nothing negative. Initially, I was looking for a tune up and they had a coupon/deal on this site. I called and the owner answered and was able to quote me the lowest price for a tune up in the area. As a result, I decided to give this place a try and have been coming back ever since. The biggest draw backs is the location, which is tucked away down an ally and is easy to miss if you don't know where to look. The other major problem are the hours, they work/are open banker hours: Mon-Fri 9-5 and closed for lunch 12-1; From an employee perspective, this is probably nice however from a customer perspective who works similar hours this is really hard. I have had to take the day off each time I have brought my car to this location. Nevertheless, the workmanship, customer service and price here is great!!! He only charges me (seen other people) if he does actual work on your car and he doesn't charge for 'checking your engine light' which is awesome!!! If I wasn't moving from the Bay I would still keep coming here!!”

“We took our Lexus GS 300 in and Terry gave us outstanding service. Although we did not get the car fixed with his shop he willingly gave us options on what the next steps to fixing the problem were. Between his experience and integrity, I've never found anyone else in this industry who is better, more fairly priced and most of all, can be trusted with your most precious vehicle.
Just to provide some context to this review, I have taken BMW, Mazda, GMC, Ford, Toyota and Nissan vehicles for repair here, and have never had a bad experience. Repairs are done completely and he stands behind his work.”
